New AutoWallpaper update

Update 1650 is now available for download. This update has a fix for a rare bug that is caused if you place your PC in a locked state and then unlock after a wallpaper change was scheduled. The update also adds the ability to toggle between minutes and seconds for the cycles (minimum of 15 seconds). The automatic update process is now working correctly.
